CLEANSING THE NATION OF
THOSE WHO BACKED TRUMP
Well, it didn’t take long for The Squad — which term might well be applied to the entire Democratic Party at this point — to reveal its vindictive streak.
Squad spokeswoman, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently tweeted…
…suggesting that the Democrats have begun to channel the ghost of Stalin.
Are you surprised? Back in September I wrote…
“If you can’t imagine cute little Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez sending you to the Gulag, or standing you up against a wall, think again ….
“…don’t kid yourself about what Sandy and her comrades have in mind.”
And don’t think for a moment that her threatening little tweet was just an outburst of triumphal exuberance upon being reelected. Sandy ain’t alone.
An organization calling itself the Trump Accountability Project has set up a website through which anyone “who furthered the Trump agenda” will be exposed and kept from ever exerting political influence again, not to mention being able to earn a living. These include…
“Individuals who worked for the Trump for President campaign, Republican National Committee, and affiliated PACs in 2016 or 2020 ….
“Individuals who worked in any role as a political appointee in the Trump Administration ….
“Individuals who used their massive personal wealth and influence to bundle money for Trump.”
Reassuringly, the website states that this de-Trumpification program involves only the key enablers of The Donald, not the rest of us ordinary schlubs, deluded as we may be about Orange Man. The Trump Accountability Project declares magnanimously…
“We should welcome in our fellow Americans with whom we differ politically.”
Right. How long do you think such a forgiving policy of friendship and reconciliation will hold?
I never worked for the Trump campaign. I was never appointed to an administration post. Nor did I devote my “massive personal wealth and influence” to getting The Donald elected. But I’ll bet I’m on the TAS list. I’ll bet my blog posts are being archived.
How ’bout you?
Did you ever put any memes or messages on Facebook which Sandy’s eager minions might be scouting out?
It’s a new day, friends. Unless the exposure of massive voter fraud (which we’re witnessing currently) can turn things around, America’s gonna be a very different country. And that’s all coming in just a few weeks, if the Dems prevail.
Well, in my September blog post I also observed about AOC …
“It’s small consolation to assume that she’d likely end up [in the Gulag] herself when the revolutionary tide turns against her. She’s useful to her backers now, but I don’t think she’d be shrewd enough to assure herself a permanent seat on the Central Committee.”
Maybe Sandy and I will run into each other in the camp. She’s probably a nice kid, underneath it all, and by then she should be pretty disillusioned. So perhaps we can talk.
Meanwhile, I suggest that someone start an Anti-American Accountability Project. The first name on that list would have to be political consultant Emily Abrams, who appears to be the organizer and driving spirit of the Trump Accountability Project.
Emily was “National Surrogates Director” for the defunct presidential crusade of Pete Buttigieg (America’s favorite gay mayor). Now, with time on her hands, she’s announced the launch of TAP on Twitter.
A word of caution, Emily…
What goes around comes around.
Joe McCarthy, where are you when we need you?
AOC, Emily Abrams, and others of the Trump Accountability mindset can rest assured that there’s a supportive constituency for the sort of cleansing they intend to carry out, as indicated by this meme that appeared on Facebook…
Actress Janelle Monae (whoever the hell she is) conveys a similar spirit in her reaction to the breadth of support which Trump received in the election…
Speaking of voter fraud, despite how loudly the mainstream media shout that Joe Biden won, every now and then some newshound reveals just how unclear the counts remain. Vox senior correspondent Ian Millheiser expresses his hope that, if things go south, lefty Supreme Court justices will fling off their robes and call for revolution…
Well, at least one thing about the election is clear. Kanye West has conceded that he’s lost his presidential bid. But give him credit. On the ballot in only 12 states, the rapper received nearly 60,000 votes…
